Businesses trading internationally will gain an insight into how evolving digital developments will impact on global trade at the forthcoming Going Global exhibition.
The IOE’s director general, Lesley Batchelor OBE, will put the spotlight on the importance of digital support – and how harnessing eCommerce for payments and eMarketing ensures sales are delivered swiftly and effectively.
Last year’s Going Global exhibition was a tremendous success, and this year’s event – which is organised in partnership with the Institute of Export and which provides free entry for IOE members – looks set to be even better.
Taking place on 13-14 May 2015 at ExCeL in London, the exhibition promises an inspirational line-up of industry leading speakers who will share their expertise on exporting and international expansion.
Expected to attract more than 30,000 visitors as it runs alongside The Business Show, Going Global is aimed at British companies looking to expand internationally, and who are seeking to learn more about growing their overseas operations in markets including the BRICS, MINT, Africa and Europe.
Visitors will enjoy free seminars, workshops, expert speakers, live demonstrations, networking, master classes and panel debates – all designed to help boost their awareness and skills in global trading.
Fellow speakers include Dan Waldschmidt, a global business expert and best-selling author, who will outline how exporters can drive business growth, international retail expert, Monica Costales-Vasquez who will examine what British retailers need to know before expanding into Latin American markets, and Trevor Barton, director at the Russo-British Chamber of Commerce, who will offer advice on exporting to Russia.
