Following last week’s full house, the Institute of Export & International Trade (IOE&IT) is repeating the ‘Border Operating Model explained’ webinar that it hosted last week.
Hot on the heels of the government’s publication of border plans for after the transition period, the first session attracted 2,000 registrations and a full capacity of 1,000 attendees.
To ensure no one misses out on vital information for future trade with the EU, we’ve decided to run the webinar again this Thursday (23 July) at 11am.
Kevin Shakespeare, the director of stakeholder engagement at the IOE&IT, will be repeating his presentation giving an overview of the key takeaways from the 206-page border document that traders need to know.
You can sign up for free here.
Upgraded capacity
We have upgraded the capacity from 1,000 to 3,000 to ensure anyone who wants to attend, can.
However, this week’s enhanced capacity webinar will only be accessible from a computer, so the dial-in by phone option will no longer be available.
We encourage those of you signing up for this week’s webinar to file questions in advance when registering as we expect a lot of enquiries.
If you cannot make the time this week, you can view a recording of last week’s presentation here, alongside other useful resources we have created around the Border Operating Model.
This includes the government’s 206-page document, the slide pack from last week and ‘how to’ guides for importing and exporting post-transition.
The webinar is being run in partnership with Open to Export and the UK Customs Academy.
