  • Learn the core elements of the US tariff regime – what has changed, what is coming and how it impacts your business

  • Gain a toolkit of real-world strategies to navigate the new tariff environment, including: First sale rule of valuation; tariff classification reviews; using Foreign Trade Zones (FTZs) and duty drawback in US operations; special procedures like IPR and Customs Warehousing to preserve margin

  • Understand FTAs and rules of origin planning, as well as structuring contracts, pricing and Incoterms in relation to tariffs

  • Develop analytical tools to assess exposure and build resilience into your supply chain
