Understand how the UK Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) affects your organisation and learn how to collect UK CBAM data, calculate emissions and submit UK CBAM reports.
The UK Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) will take effect on 1 January 2027 and it differs significantly from its EU counterpart.
UK CBAM will apply to specified imported goods from five carbon-intensive sectors: aluminium, cement, fertiliser, hydrogen, and iron and steel. A wide range of importers and manufacturers will be affected, especially across construction, aerospace and automotive. Organisations that use the specified products within their supply chains may also be indirectly affected.
Our training course delivers the knowledge and skills to enable your organisation to be compliant with UK CBAM.
For employers, training your team in UK CBAM provides strategic benefits, including reducing the risk of non-compliance and strengthening your organisation’s reputation among trading partners and regulatory authorities.
Take a proactive approach to UK CBAM and adopt the regulation with best-practice compliance from the start, enabled by comprehensive, expert-delivered training for you and your team.
We also run a version of this training course focusing on EU CBAM, please find our EU CBAM Compliance training course here.
